DescriptionThe FSG team is part of J.P. Morgans Commercial Bank and covers Middle Market based Sponsors Across the United States. The FSG Relationship Executive will manage a team based in Chicago focusing on Midwest Middle Market Sponsors.
Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Typically a minimum of ten years of management experience with a focus on Financial Sponsors
- Understanding of Investment Banking and Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of our Midwest region
- Experience with Financial Sponsors and relevant banking products
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
- Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree and formal credit training preferred
- Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage prioritize work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed proactive and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- FINRA securities licenses 79 63 and 24 required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
