Job Description
Are you a people-person with strong communication skills and a passion for creating a welcoming first impression Mercedes Benz of White Plainsis seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; route calls and take accurate messages
- Maintain organized records appointment schedules and general administrative filing
- Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide support to other team members and contribute to a positive office environment
Requirements:
- Prior office or administrative experience (automotive dealership experience a plus but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CDK/ADP is aplus but not required
