Job Description

A growing childrens media brand is seeking a Content Manager to lead the development and execution of engaging educational and age-appropriate content across multiple platforms. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a background in childrens publishing educational media or family-focused marketing who is ready to shape the voice and vision of a brand that inspires and educates the next generation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the planning creation and publishing of content across print digital and social media

  • Collaborate with writers illustrators and designers to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

  • Manage editorial calendars and content strategy with a focus on educational value and entertainment

  • Analyze performance data to optimize engagement and reach

  • Ensure all content complies with child-appropriate standards and guidelines

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in childrens publishing kids marketing or educational content

  • Strong project management and editorial skills

  • Deep understanding of what engages young audiences and their parents

  • Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
