Position Summary...
Join Walmarts Tech Business Operations team and play a critical role in driving cross-functional programs that power the future of retail. As a Staff Program Manager youll lead large-scale strategic initiatives across product engineering and business teamsdelivering real impact at enterprise scale.About Tech Business Operations:
Our team leads the business side of technologyaccelerating portfolio strategy enabling cross-segment delivery enhancing tech talent experience and strengthening foundational capabilities. We focus on execution excellence agile alignment and operational rigor to unlock value and drive Walmarts digital transformation. This role will be central to orchestrating high-visibility programs that influence how we scale and innovate across the enterprise.
What youll do...
Lead complex programs from planning to execution across multiple business and tech pillars
Drive outcomes through cross-functional alignment with Product Engineering and Business partners
Manage roadmaps milestones dependencies and delivery metrics
Proactively identify risks and build mitigation strategies
Elevate visibility with executive-ready updates and status reporting
What youll bring:
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs
Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Confluence Teams
Deep understanding of program KPIs and ability to translate business needs into execution
Experience working directly with product and engineering teams on software delivery
Excellent communication and organizational skills with executive presence
