Chapman Ford is now hiring for an entry-level Service Porter! The Service Porter helps ensure the smooth flow of vehicles throughout the Service Department and contributes to positive customer experiences by working closely with Service Advisors and Technicians.

Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers are greeted promptly and connect them with their Service Advisor for further assistance.
- Drive customer vehicles to and from the service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service areas.
- Maintain service vehicles (gas oil water tires).
- Provide customer courtesy washes upon completion of services as requested.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags floor mats seat covers etc.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- Hardworking dedicated and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday Friday from 7am to 6pm and Saturdays from 7am to 5pm. We offer a 40-hour 5-day workweek with Sundays and a rotating day off. Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs. This role requires walking or standing for extended periods driving customers vehicles and working outdoors in the Service Drive the majority of your shift.
