Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Trainee Talent Acquisition to join our growing recruitment team. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT industry are preferred but passionate freshers with strong interest in IT recruitment will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition operations for IT and Non IT roles.
- Handle client accounts and ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and gather hiring requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Qualify candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition (preferred).
- Freshers with prior exposure to IT or internships in recruitment may also apply.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and tech roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
