Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing to lead and execute strategic social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement content plans aligned with brand and communication strategies. Review and approve all posts to ensure consistency and quality.
Performance Analytics:
- Monitor and report on engagement reach and campaign ROI using analytics tools. Make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Community Engagement & Listening:
- Manage audience interactions and build relationships with influencers. Track industry trends competitor activities and audience sentiment.
Strategic Planning:
- Create targeted campaigns to engage key decision-makers across core industry segments. Ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- 5 years in social media management (B2B focus preferred)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Instagram X (Twitter) and tools like Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity
- Experience in paid social content optimisation and SEO
- Strong communication analytical and project management skills
