Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamicData Analystto support our Business Operations team in driving process efficiency campaign performance insights and marketing intelligence. You will play a key role in gathering analyzing and interpreting digital marketing and operational data to support informed decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Research:Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on market trends consumer behavior and competitors strategies to support campaign planning and strategy development.
- Competitor Analysis:Monitor competitor products services pricing and go-to-market strategies to help shape positioning.
- Performance Reporting:Analyze marketing data (Google Analytics Meta Ads CRM platforms) to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
- Operations Support:Identify inefficiencies and gaps in internal operations processes; assist in streamlining workflows using data-driven approaches.
- Client Reporting Dashboards:Build and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance and ROI.
- Campaign Optimization Support:Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyze A/B test results ad performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- CRM & Automation Monitoring:Extract data from CRMs like GoHighLevel HubSpot or Zoho for funnel performance reviews and lead tracking.
- Trend Forecasting:Assist the leadership team by forecasting trends and identifying business opportunities using analytics tools.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and Data Visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and SEO tools
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. GoHighLevel HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Marketing
- MBA in marketing
- 23 years of experience in an analyst role in a digital marketing agencypreferably with international clients
