Were building a balanced collaborative system where all school leaders have a voice and where your expertise will help drive real lasting change.

What Youll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Head of School Improvement youll bring your expertise in primary or special educationto:

  • Support and challenge schools Trusts and partners to raise standards
  • Lead on school leadership development and self-evaluation
  • Drive effective support and intervention strategies including school-to-school collaboration
  • Work closely with OFSTED the DfE and other key stakeholders

This is a fast-paced evolving role that requires energy resilience and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for children and families.
