TheCategory Project Managerplays a critical role in identifying sales opportunities through our planogram and assortment projects. They liaise with the GAC / GCC teams in India and manage projects from across Canada.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers / issues
- Helping implement the Cat Expert AI tool
- Educating stakeholders on the capabilities available
- Work with our Global team on capabilities and sharing best practices
- Build consumer-focused solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of merchants
- Analyze and track results and deliver them to customers
- Other related tasks (creation and optimization of planograms data analysis etc.)
CRITICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Post secondary education
- Analytical skills with the strength to be able to tell a meaningful and impactful story
- Proficiency utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and organize data
- Familiarity using space planning software (JDA etc.)
- Strong familiarity with syndicated data software and measures (IRI Nielsen etc.) with ability to understand information develop insights and identify opportunities when analyzing large data sets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present insights opportunities and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders in a persuasive manner
