Job Description

About The Role

Due to a huge demand for our HRIS were rapidly expanding our sales team and we therefore need HR Consultants/product experts to support our sales people. Bring your passion for both HR and software and work with clients to understand their requirements and offer the best software solutions for their businesses. Duties and reponsibilities will involve but not limited to the following:

  • Manage discovery calls with clients to learn about their requirements
  • Demo the Martian HRIS to clients
  • Present the perfect solution to clients
  • Help the sales team with the pricing strategies and proposals they need to create for their clients
  • Liaise with the product managers the Sales Manager and the Sales team to provide the best solution for clients
  • Contribute to the product ideas and the product roadmap via the product management meetings

About The Person

The ideal person would have between 3 to 10 years working in HR and wants to move into the HR Software industry as a product expert and a consultant. You would use your HR knowledge HR experience and love for software to consult to clients on if and how our software would best work for them. You would be someone who loves software and HR and gets a kick from solving HR problems with software solutions.

Remuneration:We expecta high-level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return we offer very competitive renumeration and benefits. Based on the years of experience were offering the following package for this role:

  • Base: $115K to $140K/Year Inc. Super depending on experience
  • OTE: $180K to $220K/Year & Uncapped
  • Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
  • Share Options: Share options valued at $84K
  • Benefits: Coffee Gym membership contribution flexible hours
