Hittle is seeking a Client Care Specialistfor our Irrigation Division. In this client-facing role youll serve as the key point of contact for our irrigation clients ensuring satisfaction clear communication and timely service. Your focus will be building lasting relationships addressing client needs and helping coordinate solutions with our irrigation teams.

What Youll Do:

  • Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Irrigation and our offerings to provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Field Managers and Division Leader to solve any customer service hiccups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Proactively take steps to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist in scheduling of client services.
  • Share relevant customer feedback to help us continuously improve our offerings.
  • Report on key customer service metrics and identify noteworthy trends.

  • Comfortable responding to customer questions over the phone including some troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and teams

  • Proficiency with customer service software
  • Strong attention to detail
