As a Prime Video Senior Product Manager - Technical you will own the product user experience design and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Youll get to work on projects that are fast-paced challenging and varied. Youll also be able to experiment with new possibilities take risks and collaborate with remarkable people.

Key job responsibilities
Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies series documentaries and live sports including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV Max Crunchyroll and MGM. All customers regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who is highly analytical resourceful customer focused and team oriented. You have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You are comfortable presenting your point of view to influence stakeholders and senior leadership. You excel through innovation creativity and attention to detail. You are a collaborator who flourishes in a large organization. You have experience working directly with software engineers to deliver customer facing technology products. You are technically savvy and can weigh in on the pros and cons of a technology choice while providing your opinion on trade-offs.
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
