Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Sales Trainer located in Clinton Township MI. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions developing training materials enhancing communication skills delivering exceptional customer service and improving overall sales performance.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Trainer to develop and deliver impactful training programs for our call center agents selling health insurance products. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance improving sales performance and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and lead training sessions for new and existing call center agents on ACA private health insurance plans and Life Insurance
Ensure agents understand CMS regulations plan benefits eligibility requirements and enrollment processes
Facilitate onboarding role-playing and live call coaching to reinforce sales techniques and compliance
Monitor agent performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching and support
Collaborate with compliance product and sales teams to keep training materials current and accurate
Design training content including manuals presentations and LMS modules
Maintain knowledge of health insurance trends regulatory updates and call center best practices
Primary Skills & Requirements:
3 years of experience in sales training in a call center environment
Strong understanding of call center operations and sales KPIs
Excellent facilitation communication and coaching skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced compliance-driven environment
