We are seeking a seasoned dependable Facilities Superintendent to join our Henderson NV team and oversee the daily maintenance and improvement of our corporate office. This is a role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently managing projects efficiently and ensuring a safe functional and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on facility repairs maintenance and updates.
- Inspect and maintain facility systems in accordance with safety codes and company standards.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
- Oversee renovations installations and workplace improvements.
- Maintain clean organized and safe office spaces.
- Assist with furniture moves and equipment reconfiguration when needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve facility issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 75 lbs. as needed.
- Soft Skills
- Reliable self-starting flexible follows through and detail-oriented.
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
- Effective communicator who works well with both contractors and coworkers.
- Respectful safety-minded and committed to long-term success.
- Preferred Background
- 10 years of hands-on experience in construction maintenance or facilities management.
- Deep familiarity with electrical plumbing HVAC carpentry and finishing work.
- Demonstrated experience managing renovations or tenant improvements.
- Proficiency with tools and safety standards.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
$68000 - $72000 a year
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such candidates must be insurable under CleanSparks vehicle insurance policy.
