As a Senior Functional Consultant youll help international clients design and deliver Salesforce programs across Sales Service and Commercefocusing on real outcomes not just implementation checklists.
Youll take ownership of functional design lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders and collaborate across delivery streams in multi-country programs.
What you will find with us:Lead functional solution design across Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and B2B Commerce
Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and define user journeys data flows and process models
Translate business needs into functional designs and user storiesgrounded in scalable value-driven architecture
Collaborate with solution architects developers and test leads across global delivery teams
Support system configuration testing deployment planning and user enablement
Contribute to proposals client demos and solution planning in pre-sales cycles
58 years of experience in CRM or commercial process transformation
Proven track record working as a functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales Service or Commerce projects
Hands-on experience running client-facing workshops and designing scalable CRM solutions
Understanding of lead-to-order service lifecycle or digital commerce processes
Experience in structured delivery environments or large consultancy setups
Fluent English; other languages (e.g. Greek German French) are a plus
Delivered Salesforce-based commercial solutions in a consulting environment
Experience working in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte Accenture PwC Capgemini or similar)
Worked across multi-country project settings navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes
Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant B2B Commerce Admin)
Experience in industries such as Consumer Goods Retail Manufacturing or Life Sciences
Familiarity with CRM-related integrations (e.g. SAP CPQ marketing automation)
