You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a ServiceNow Developer you will play a key role in developing designing configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable efficient and high-quality solutions.
This includes creating custom applications workflows and integrations that optimize field service processes improve user experience and ensure seamless service delivery.
You will join a high-performing welcoming team based at our modern Head Office which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony BBQ area collaborative and quiet spaces and plenty of natural light.
About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
Design Develop and Deliver Solutions: Design architect build and implement ServiceNow applications including (but not limited to) work orders service requests scheduling dispatching inventory management etc. Own responsibility for delivering the solution in a timely manner.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize various ServiceNow modules based on business requirements ensuring alignment with industry best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
Integrations: Integrate solutions with third-party systems (e.g. ERP Workforce Compliance other Work Order Management Systems etc.) and other ServiceNow modules to ensure end-to-end service management.
Workflow Automation: Develop and implement workflows business rules and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer and other tools to streamline field service operations.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical expertise and propose solutions that meet business needs. Work with the project team both technical and non-technical members and influence stakeholders on the recommendations provided bringing them along the journey of the solution.
Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of solutions to ensure functionality performance and user experience meet the highest standards.
Documentation and Training: Provide clear documentation on designs customizations and configurations. Train end-users and other team members such as developers and support team members on features and best practices.
Maintain and Enhance System: Continuously monitor maintain and enhance applications and processes to meet evolving business needs and address any issues or system improvements. Identify potential business impacts and recommend/implement changes with minimal disruption. Manage the process for system enhancements and changes with internal and external parties or vendors. Follow change management processes for system updates releases and patches.
Data Migration: Experience in data migration/import of master data and transactional data from various data sources including other ServiceNow instances using Import Sets into ServiceNow tables. Good understanding and hands-on experience in data import concepts: Import Set tables Transformation Transform Map Import Set Transformer Coalesce foreign record insert.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM FSM CSM ASM and hands-on expertise in implementing at least one project for a similar type of business.
Good understanding of ServiceNow application modules and Now Platform components with the ability to configure leveraging OOTB solutions.
Expertise in ServiceNow Mobile App Builder configuration tool to build and manage screens workflows rules and conditions within ServiceNow Mobile apps.
Experience configuring reports and dashboards in ServiceNow using Report Builder Performance Analytics or developing custom reports.
Expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow applications modules forms workflows UI components etc.
Ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript GlideScript HTML and CSS.
Experience implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and tools using REST API SOAP and MID Server.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow scripts for business rules client scripts UI policies and data policies.
UI Development & Customization: 1 years of experience focused on UI Builder Next Experience and Configurable Workspaces is an advantage.
Ability to design develop and optimize intuitive user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder to create portal experiences dashboards and custom applications.
Capability to implement responsive accessible and visually appealing interfaces aligned with UX/UI best practices.
Expertise in ServiceNow UI frameworks (UI Builder Workspaces Next Experience).
Experience designing and configuring Next Experience UI components and Configurable Workspaces to streamline workflows for end-users.
Domain knowledge in Telco Utilities etc. will be an asset.
