Job Description

MyPass Global is a multi-award-winning workforce compliance software company. Our cutting-edge technology helps companies in high-stakes industries reduce risk save up to 70% on back-office costs and create safer work environments through our digital workforce solutions.

With our industry-first digital Skills Passport workers can seamlessly manage their training and competency information. In essence we are building a global worker credentialing platform designed to create safer more connected and agile workplaces. As we rapidly expand with offices worldwide we are seeking the next generation of innovative MyPassers to join us in shaping the future of our industry.

The role:

    • Own and drive ARR expansion by converting 1500 mandated service providers into active MyPass users with a focus on high-impact accounts. Youll develop and execute an outreach and segmentation strategy that prioritises the top 50 providers and turns contractual obligation into platform-wide adoption.
    • Lead high-value expansion sales cycles end-to-endfrom building relationships with key decision-makers to delivering tailored proposals and closing dealswhile collaborating closely with Customer Delivery to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realisation.
    • Act as the face of MyPass in the industrial services ecosystem positioning our value proposition with credibility and commercial strength. Youll monitor competitors provide market feedback and build strategic partnerships with local integrators and industry networks such as Veirsafe and Safer Together to drive sustained growth.

Day to day:

    • Reach out to and nurture relationships with top-priority service providers
    • Qualify and progress expansion opportunities through the sales funnel
    • Maintain a disciplined high-integrity pipeline using HubSpot
    • Prepare and present tailored proposals and commercial terms
    • Align internal teams around expansion priorities and implementation timelines
    • Monitor deal health blockers and feedback to continuously optimise approach
    • Provide market and competitor updates to the commercial team
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery to ensure smooth handover and strong post-sale outcomes
    • Influence pricing and packaging strategies by sharing feedback from the field
    • Represent MyPass at industry forums site visits and client meetings as needed

Our ideal MyPasser:

    • Experienced B2B SaaS Account Executive with a track record of expansion or upsell success
    • Deep familiarity with industrial services particularly in mining energy or construction
    • Knows how to engage workforce and compliance stakeholders not just procurement
    • Skilled at mapping complex accounts and unlocking multiple decision-makers
    • Strong communicator with the commercial acumen to build trust quickly
    • Independent driven and thrives in a scale-up environment
    • Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for pipeline and forecasting
    • Based in Sydney or Perth with flexibility to travel for key meetings if needed
