Job Description
This is an 11-month position July 1st May 31 Serve as a member of the athletics department content creation team as a producer/videographer. The ideal candidate must be a team player and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously meet tight completion deadlines work independently communicate effectively and emphasize creativity in his/her work. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Coordinate coverage for 20 intercollegiate athletics teams to include highlights for awards/banquets commercial production and outside media and external agency requests (ie. ESPN ACC NCAA network news and special projects.) Also gather footage of all sports for the Cuse Awards and produce content for the show. Produce creative content; Responsible for video production including writing shooting editing and post-production of content for athletics production athletic communications ( and social media accounts) and marketing (video boards promotional videos team entrances special events and television commercials). Includes coverage of games practices and special events. Travel with football and basketball to away games select Olympic sport away contents and post season tournaments for all teams. Responsible for archiving and managing footage with considerable time spent on archiving process with athletics production department. Responsible for management and organization of cameras and editing equipment. Responsible for management and coordination of interns. Assist with setup and strike of all on-location video productions.
