Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers offering assistance and resolving inquiries with a positive attitude and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships while ensuring satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information order status and account issues.
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately per company policy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk) is desirable.
