Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dish Washer to join our team and ensure that our kitchen is clean and well-maintained. The Dish Washer will be responsible for washing dishes pots and pans as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy objects.
Responsibilities:

Follow and promote Nolans Way
-
Wash dishes pots and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Lifts racks of glassware cutlery fry baskets pots and/ or pans from a holding area to the dish machine or sink
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area including sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning equipment and surfaces
- Place clean dishes on the cooks line and in appropriate storage areas
- Hang clean cooking utensils pots and/ or pans on appropriate hooks throughout the kitchen

Assist with inventory management including restocking supplies as needed
- Fills and changes chemicals and soap used in the dish machine as necessary

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned
