We are thrilled to open the doors to our brand-new state-of-the-art Kia dealership and were looking for passionate individuals to help us build something great from the ground up.

Position Summary:

Were seeking a highly motivated Automotive Parts Manager to lead the setup and operation of our new Kia parts department. This is a unique opportunity to build a department from scratchmanaging systems inventory personnel and processeswhile having the full support of an experienced leadership team and a trusted family-owned dealership group.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Launch & Leadership:

  • Oversee the full setup of the parts department including layout equipment inventory systems and workflow.

  • Work closely with Kia and dealership leadership to ensure a compliant and efficient launch.

Operations & Inventory Management:

  • Manage all ordering receiving stocking and tracking of Kia OEM and aftermarket parts.

  • Maintain balanced inventory levels reduce obsolescence and ensure parts availability for the service department and retail customers.

  • Use Dealertrack for accurate inventory control and reporting.

Team Development:

  • Recruit train and manage a skilled and customer-focused parts team.

  • Foster a productive and positive team environment with clear goals and expectations.

Customer & Internal Support:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to retail clients service advisors technicians and wholesale accounts.

  • Grow wholesale parts business and develop B2B relationships.

Compliance & Performance:

  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards safety procedures and dealership policies.

  • Track and report KPIs including fill rates inventory turnover and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of automotive parts experience with prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Dealertrack or similar DMS platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations and inventory practices.

  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to efficiency.

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
