Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $90000$110000
- Eligible for federal loan repayment programs
- Productivity bonuses up to $900 quarterly
- Negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous primary care in a solo-provider environment
- Walk-in clinic with 1520 minute visits 1820 patients per day
- Admin time (40 minutes/day)
- Clinic open MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
- Support available from broader organization and leadership
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)
Requirements
- Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner with autonomous practice authority
- Comfortable in solo-provider settings
- Primary care experience preferred
- New grads considered with strong fit and mentorship availability
