Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the field of communications and public relations. As a Communications Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our communication strategies and engaging with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans and strategies.
- Create edit and distribute press releases newsletters and other communications materials.
- Manage and update content on social media platforms engaging with followers to promote brand awareness.
- Support the organization of events including logistics promotions and follow-up communications.
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to inform communication strategies.
- Maintain and update the communications calendar to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
