The Manager of Program Development for the Share-a-Home program will lead the coordination implementation and evaluation of this innovative home sharing initiative. This role involves managing partnerships overseeing participant matching and support ensuring data integrity and guiding the program through its pilot phase. The Manager of Program Development will work closely with internal teams community partners and participants to ensure the programs success and scalability. This position requires a high level of initiative cultural competence and the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple stakeholders.
