What we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Officer to join our busy Development Management Heritage and Enforcement Admin Team.
To be successful you will share our values commitment and motivation to make a difference for our residents clients and communities.
About the role
The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
The role is not limited to the above and you may be asked to assist in other tasks as and when they arise.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be a confident Administrator approachable flexible enthusiastic pro-active and have a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Knowledge of Planning Validation processes is essential along with technical knowledge across Planning Heritage and Enforcement.
You will need to be accurate and methodical in your approach with an ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
Attention to detail is critical in this role along with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and maximise the best use of time.
With excellent IT skills you will regularly use a variety of software to input data and research information.
You will be prepared to pick up work outside of your own specialism or comfort zone when required to help in emergencies and provide backfill.
