We are looking for a dedicated Leasehold Support Officer to become a key part of our Leasehold Services Team. This full-time role working Monday to Friday plays a vital part in delivering an efficient and customer-focused leasehold service.

What youll be doing

As a Leasehold Support Officer you will provide essential administrative and frontline support across the Leasehold Service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • acting as the first point of contact for leaseholder enquiries providing advice information and signposting as needed
  • managing service charge queries dispute resolution and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely responses
  • supporting the production and issue of annual service charges and related documentation
  • raising purchase orders and invoices maintaining accurate ICT systems and records
  • assisting with leaseholder consultation processes under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
  • supporting debt recovery processes by monitoring and administering service charge arrears
  • handling legal documentation such as Right to Buy enquiries and service of legal notices within required timelines
  • working with internal teams including Surveyors and Repairs in the prevention detection and remedying of building defects and associated matters
  • assisting the Leasehold Manager with investigations and preparing casework for legal proceedings where necessary.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • qualifications equal or comparable to at least 5 GCSEs
  • strong interpersonal skills and experience working with the public
  • confidence in using ICT systems and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • a customer-first attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality responsive services
  • the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
