Client Services Specialist(Hybrid)

As a Client Services Specialist at Thrive you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the Thrive Career Wellness Platform. In this client facing role you will onboard train and continuously engage our Thrive users.

What youll be doing in this role:

  • Become a Thrive Career Wellness Platform expert having a strong understanding of the features and services available to our users
  • Supporting Thrive users in understanding elements of their outplacement or career management program
  • Hosting 1:1 virtual onboarding meetings with new Thrive users
  • Hosting group training sessions on the Thrive platform
  • Customizing users journey with Thrive to include the right balance of career learning and wellness services to support our users and their goals
  • Be accountable for meeting weekly volume targets interacting with clients each day through a variety of channels (phone email virtual meetings)
  • Driving user engagement activation rates and onboarding rates
  • Be a key part in monitoring facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our key stakeholders to deliver exceptional services to our clients
  • Effectively tracking and reporting on all activity sharing insight into successes and areas of opportunity
  • Participating in the continued development our overall client engagement strategy
  • Collaborating with marking on building User Engagement campaigns

Skills and Experience Were Looking For:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English French is a strong asset
  • Empathetic customer centricity - you obsess over your customers and seek to understand them in order to solve their problems
  • Outcome focused - youll work to drive our mission forward
  • Proven success and experience in a client facing sales or customer service-focused role
  • The ability to cater to a wide demographic of individuals with varying career transition and management program needs
  • Strong accountability being able to take full ownership over your work
  • Educational background in Business Human Resources or Communications would be considered an asset but is not a mandatory requirement
