  • Full time fixed term 12 month position (Part Time applications considered)

About the role

The Clients Division are embarking on an exciting transformation journey aligned with TACs *Make Every Day Matter* strategy and broader Enterprise Transformation program. As part of this we are leading several critical initiatives including:

To support the successful delivery of these programs we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Lead to work across these initiatives.

As the Business Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Payments and Claims Support business needs are embedded in the design and delivery of these transformation projects. Acting as the primary liaison between the business and project delivery teams you will ensure that:

Youll work closely with project stakeholders including Project Managers Business Analysts SMEs and operational leaders across TAC to ensure outcomes are practical future-focused and client-centred. You will also work closely with the Senior Manager Payments and Claims Support.

Key Responsibilities

About the Team

This role sits within the Best Client outcomes Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.

The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisations strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes client employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio Program and Project Delivery for the TAC as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.
