- Full time fixed term 12 month position (Part Time applications considered)

The Clients Division are embarking on an exciting transformation journey aligned with TACs *Make Every Day Matter* strategy and broader Enterprise Transformation program. As part of this we are leading several critical initiatives including:
- Payments Optimisation
- Process Automation
To support the successful delivery of these programs we are seeking an experienced and driven Business Lead to work across these initiatives.
As the Business Lead you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Payments and Claims Support business needs are embedded in the design and delivery of these transformation projects. Acting as the primary liaison between the business and project delivery teams you will ensure that:
- Business requirements are accurately captured and represented
- Key deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Barriers to progress are identified and resolved collaboratively
- The outcomes achieved align with the operational needs and strategic goals of P&CS
- Change is effectively embedded across impacted teams
Youll work closely with project stakeholders including Project Managers Business Analysts SMEs and operational leaders across TAC to ensure outcomes are practical future-focused and client-centred. You will also work closely with the Senior Manager Payments and Claims Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business representation for P&CS across multiple transformation initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional project teams to co-design and validate future state processes
- Drive business engagement and readiness for change
- Monitor progress of initiatives escalating risks and resolving roadblocks
- Provide clear and consistent updates to the P&CS leadership team
- Ensure business benefits are tracked measured and realised
About the Team
This role sits within the Best Client outcomes Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.
The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisations strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes client employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio Program and Project Delivery for the TAC as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.

- Deep knowledge of Payments and/or Claims Support processes systems and challenges
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven experience representing business units on transformation or improvement projects
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical project outcomes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence to work both autonomously and as part of a broader program team
