Position Summary
The Digital Program Coordinator plays a key administrative and technical support role within IFSIs digital learning programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication this role supports the design execution and maintenance of learning programs on our learning management system (LMS). You will help build course content submit continuing education (CE) credit applications support live event production process transcripts and support participants via clear compassionate communications.
This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and tech-savvy who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless and supportive digital learning experience. The ability to work cross functionally with various departments and manage administrative aspects of a project are tools that will help this role excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support course builds testing and updates within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support production of digital assets including live-streams virtual session recordings and interactive elements to enhance the virtual experience for online programs and virtual and hybrid events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate program launches
- Maintain and troubleshoot digital course components and access issues as needed
- Prepare submit and track CE applications
- Process program transcripts
- Support cross-department collaboration on digital programming initiatives
- Maintain calendars and trackers to ensure timely delivery of program tasks
- Coordinate proactive communications including welcome emails reminders and updates
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows documentation and user experience
- Other duties as assigned
Role Requirements
- 25 years relevant experience in digital program coordination LMS administration or adult learning operations
- Bachelors degree
- Exceptional organizational time-management and follow-through skills
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across a fully remote matrixed organization
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Learn Dash) as well as Content Management Systems (Drupal WordPress HubSpot CMS)
- Familiarity with CE credit providers (APA NBCC ASWB etc.) a plus
- Strong project management skills experience with Asana a plus
- Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 Google Suite Canva and basic tech troubleshooting
