Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to join our Shakopee Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary
The Supervisor Clinic Operations provides leadership direction organization and administration of daily business processes and frontline clinic operations. This position works in collaboration with the Clinic Manager Clinic Medical Director (CMD) and/or Supervisor RN Operations. The Supervisor provides strategic leadership and support to help ensure the success of their designated sites financial performance quality goals patient experience team engagement and workplace safety.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday.
40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a health care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Four-year degree BS/BA in a health or business-related field
