Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 4045 Johns Creek Parkway Suwanee GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday with two later evenings per week.
Compensation:starting at $74000 annual base; commensurate with experience
Incentives: up to $20000 sign on bonus and indefinite student debt relief!

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient Clinical Rotation if a new grad or student PT
- Outpatinet Clinical experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
