Quantity Surveyor Enniskillen
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Enniskillen (Projects across Fermanagh and Sligo)
Salary: 50000 (DOE)
Experience: 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK or Ireland

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge in the commercial build sector
Our client a well-established Main Contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Enniskillen. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Fermanagh and Sligo this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-profile builds.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
- Prepare cost plans and bills of quantities
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
- Monitor project progress and provide financial reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK or Ireland
- Previous experience with a Main Contractor is essential
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
