As part of Trintechs expanding EMEA strategy we are hiring a Regional Alliances Manager DACH focused on the German market to help grow and scale our presence in the DACH region. This role will be responsible for identifying recruiting onboarding and enabling new partnersincluding consulting firms system integrators and ISVswhile also driving joint demand generation co-selling motions and partner-influenced bookings in close alignment with our regional sales and marketing teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Alliances EMEA this individual will play a critical role in scaling Trintechs alliance and channel ecosystem and deepening our reach within Germanys commercial and enterprise landscapes.
This is a fully remote role and will require occasional travel.
WHAT YOULL DO
Partner recruitment & enablement
- Identify and recruit new partners (resellers consulting firms ISVs and regional SIs) aligned with Trintechs go-to-market strategy in the DACH region.
- Own onboarding and training oversight to ensure partners are enabled on Trintechs value proposition solutions sales motion and partner tools.
- Build trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term collaboration.
GTM Execution & Field Collaboration
- Work closely with Trintechs direct sales force to align partners to regional territory plans and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute joint business plans including pipeline goals lead sharing and co-marketing activities.
- Actively drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced leads progressing them into qualified opportunities and bookings.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Track partner activity health and performance using CRM and partner management systems.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top partners to assess performance and optimize engagement.
- Maintain visibility and provide regular updates to EMEA Alliances leadership on progress against goals.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 years in channel sales alliances or partner management preferably within a SaaS ERP or financial technology company.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise market and existing relationships in the DACH partner ecosystem (consulting firms systems integrators cloud providers).
- Proven success building and scaling partner programs and driving joint sales motions with direct field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying processes and partner sales cycles.
- Fluent in German and Englishwritten and spoken.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed multinational environment is preferred.
Bonus points for
- Experience with financial close ERP or compliance software ecosystems.
- Knowledge of channel co-selling platforms or partner management tools (e.g. PRM Salesforce).
- Experience working with global alliances or international partner frameworks.
