Employment: Full-time commission only

Position Overview:
Courtesy Jeep a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our buy pre-owned vehicles each month from many sources and are seeking to expand the department. You will be on a team in charge of sourcing inventory online and through the service lane working with appraisers to facilitate transactions. You can buy cars and sell them the replacement vehicle and earn a commission. If you have a driven and competitive spirit and the determination to learn and grow this opportunity is for you. This position is part of a fast-paced team of acquisition agents that supply inventory for our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential vehicles of interest and build vehicle appraisals for all potential purchases.
- Source inventory opportunities for both wholesale and retail while building relationships with potential clientele on various online platforms.
- Determine purchase price range and setup inspection appointments with the customer.
- Evaluate current processes to improve operational efficiencies.
- Report directly to the Purchasing Manager regarding objectives purchases and market trends.

Qualifications:
Strong customer interaction and negotiation skills you will be representing Courtesy Kia.
Strong written and oral communication charisma is key.
Experience in the automotive business (Preferred).
Highly organized and able to document all potential leads.
Love analyzing data and statistics - problem solver.
Proficient computing and CRM skills email phone text etc.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment monitoring multiple engagements simultaneously.
Skilled at resolving conflict and working with people.
Understand the application of financial measurements and concepts.
1 - 3 years sales experience (Preferred).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
