Responsibilities Include:
Respond to patient and provider inquiries regarding DME products and services
Process orders and coordinate delivery or fulfillment of DME items
Verify insurance coverage and prior authorizations as needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide support to patients throughout the DME process from inquiry to delivery
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience working with Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient with office software and patient record systems
