Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team at a retail store located in Doral FL.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in customer service and basic computer skills who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Doral FL
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday 9am a 1pm.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Assist with product inquiries and support in-store purchases
- Maintain organized and accurate records using basic computer systems
- Ensure the store is welcoming and presentable for customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in retail)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
