Position: BDC Sales Agent
Location: Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Victoria TX
Employment Type: Full-Time On-site
Compensation: Hourly Base Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do:
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads phone calls and website chats
- Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity follow up and maintain lead engagement
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team that show up and buy
- Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects
- Build trust with customers by offering helpful pressure-free communication
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
- Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews
What Were Looking For:
- Previous BDC internet sales or customer service experience (automotive a plus but not required)
- Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-driven environment
- Highly organized self-motivated and process-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus
- Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays
