Description

Safety Kleen in Midland TX seeking a motivated and results-driven Vacuum Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves growing existing customer accounts developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales & environmental services background excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve sales targets by selling new lines of business.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing customer success product development) to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.



Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Environmental Studies or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Proven experience in sales account management or business development.

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Background in Environmental Health & Safety (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to work independently and manage 300 client accounts.

  • Experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM tools is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Class B CDL

  • Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment

  • Use of various mobile devices

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Perform physical functions per job requirements

  • Successfully complete a background check drug test and physical by position

  • Per OSHAs Respiratory Protection standard 29 CFR 1910.34 employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commercial driver experience

  • Hazmat and Tanker endorsement

  • Previous Hazmat experience

  • Previous route driving experience

  • Operate a manual transmission

  • Business to business sales experience

  • Strong customer service background
