Location: Redlands CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview
The Report Processor plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy completeness and quality of medical reports. This position works closely with physicians and multiple departments to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage reports for assigned accounts
- Ensure transcription accuracy data completeness and correct formatting
- Conduct quality control and proofreading (grammar spelling punctuation)
- Verify the accuracy of information data and medical/legal claims
- Communicate with physicians to clarify and complete reports as needed
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline report processing
- Review and report feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong written verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective communicator across teams and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Calendar and file-sharing tools (e.g. ShareFile)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong decision-making analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience in Workers Compensation or Medicolegal settings preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
