Job Opportunity: Medical Report Processor

Location: Redlands CA
Pay Rate: $18.00 $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview

The Report Processor plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy completeness and quality of medical reports. This position works closely with physicians and multiple departments to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage reports for assigned accounts
  • Ensure transcription accuracy data completeness and correct formatting
  • Conduct quality control and proofreading (grammar spelling punctuation)
  • Verify the accuracy of information data and medical/legal claims
  • Communicate with physicians to clarify and complete reports as needed
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline report processing
  • Review and report feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong written verbal and listening communication skills
  • Effective communicator across teams and departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Calendar and file-sharing tools (e.g. ShareFile)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong decision-making analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Experience in Workers Compensation or Medicolegal settings preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
