Job Description

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced **HR Business Partner** to join their organization during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. In this role you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and play a critical role in shaping a high-performing engaged and future-ready organization.

About the Role:

As HR Business Partner you will work closely with leaders across the company to align people strategies with business goals. Your mission is to build strong leadership enable talent development and support a company culture that drives performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders helping them grow in their roles and lead their teams effectively
  • Strengthen labor law compliance and manage union relations with a collaborative mindset
  • Drive initiatives that enhance company culture and employee experience
  • Partner across HR functions (Talent Compensation Learning etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions

What Were Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years in a role as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Solid understanding across core HR areas: employee relations performance management talent development compensation & benefits recruitment and organizational design
  • A collaborative business-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Global business experience is a strong plus
