La figura selezionata si occuper di inserimento e gestione ordini insieme alle attivit di fornire suggerimenti sui prodotti la risoluzione di problemi e reclami o la risposta a domande generali.
Requisiti:
gestione ed organizzazione dati
avere padronanza delle tecniche di comunicazione
buon utilizzo del pc
orientamento al cliente.
