Position: Customer Expert

What you will do:
- Handle inbound communication (calls chats tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
- Resolve queries related to orders refunds delivery and platform use
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow provided response templates and quality standards
- Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project
What you will bring:
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish
- Fluent in English both spoken and written communication
- Previous experience is not required but customer service background is a plus!
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
