Position Summary

The Sales Director Canadian Wheel Division is responsible for leading all sales-related activities for the Alberta and British Columbia markets. Based in Edmonton this role requires a highly engaged field-oriented leader with the strategic insight and relationship-building skills to drive growth and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the wheel distribution industry and proven experience managing sales teams and operations in a branch-based or service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with Canadian Wheels national objectives.
  • Lead and support the regional sales team through coaching performance tracking and field engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients service branches and distribution partners.
  • Monitor and manage sales performance KPIs forecasts and budget targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations purchasing and marketing teams to ensure executional alignment.
  • Represent the division in key client meetings trade shows and regional events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role ideally in a service branch or distribution environment.
  • Solid knowledge of OTR Agricultural Trailer Highway and Passenger Car wheels and related product segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and business development in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to influence and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Hands-on field-first mindset this role requires regular presence in customer sites branch locations and on the road.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently across Alberta and British Columbia.
