Job Description
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to help keep our operations smooth organized and compliant. Youll support our team across logistics admin and customer service making sure materials are ordered on time documents are ready for our accountant and regulators and projects stay on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organized solving small problems before they become big ones and helping a purpose-driven company grow.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities at Living Roots
- Coordinate between teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Follow up and place orders for raw materials packaging and supplies
- Help prepare and organize documents for the Department of Agriculture and other government agencies to ensure legal compliance
- Oversee weekly admin tasks like organizing receipts invoices and payment records for our accountant (matching them to our bank statements)
- Manage customer messages on Shopee Lazada and Facebook (in Thai)
- Track and manage inventory across multiple platforms using Zort
- Help with project administration organizing files tracking deadlines and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare additional internal or external documentation as needed
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently
- Experience with Shopee Lazada or Zort is a plus
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Drive Line Zort etc.)
- Prior experience in admin operations or compliance work is a bonus
- Thai fluency required; basic English preferred
