Tasks
- Negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers of materials and services;
- Sending requests for quotation regarding orders for new products;
- Optimizing purchasing processes and generating savings;
- Administration of the purchasing system in the field of setting up products suppliers and prices;
- Verification and approval of new products against REACH;
- Cooperation with the internal client in the field of Fluid Care projects;
- Handling complaints with external suppliers;
- Agreeing on logistics minimums with suppliers;
- Conducting periodic supplier evaluations;Implementation and execution of corporate procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 Years experience of working within an office administration role;
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and sourcing materials;
- Knowledge of JDE system would be an asset;
- Experience in the chemical or waste industry is welcome;
- Strong business background ability to understand customer needs etc.;
- Experience in conducting negotiations;
- Communicative English level;
- Analytical skills proficient in MS Office;
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
