Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager Multi-Family
Location: Columbus Ohio
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
- Local to Columbus preferred but also willing to travel as needed.
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Owners design professionals property staff subcontractors and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
- Must be able to provide project list showing background in area.
