Job Description
Job Title: Sr Project Manager - Scrum Master Payments
Location: Freeport ME
Duration: 6-9 Months
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on project management & Scrum Master skills - at least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts.
- Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations.
- Experience in structuring work into various workstreams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
- Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning risk management budgeting cost control assessment software/SaaS acquisition/RFP development & management of Jira board Scrum ceremonies etc.).
- Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) English-language skills facilitation skills etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
- Excellent people skills developing strong relationships building a trusting team environment and the ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
Experience with the following is desired but not mandatory:
- Cloud Data Platforms in support of Marketing Customer Analytics & Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment.
- Prism PPM Jira SharePoint Excel PowerPoint.
- Understand business process transformation and change management practices.
