Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted data consultant to internal business partners helping translate business challenges into analytical questions and data-driven solutions
- Conduct deep analysis to uncover insights that support business decisions and improve outcomes
- Collaborate across business and IT teams to align data needs priorities and timelines
- Document business and/or data requirements define relevant data sources and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Quantify the business impact of delivered insights and solutions-track and report ROI to demonstrate long-term value
- Support the design of reporting and visualization tools using Power BI and Excel to enable self-service access to insights
- Write SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze data from SQL Server environments
- Develop analytic solutions and tools using Python
- Use Azure-based services to support data exploration and solution delivery
- Explore and recommend opportunities for the future use of AI/ML technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in a data analysis or analytics consulting role
- Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and business communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to quantify business impact or ROI from past work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Proficiency with SQL (SQL Server) for querying and data extraction
- Proficiency developing in Python
- Experience using Power BI and Excel to build and present reports and dashboards
- Exposure to Azure-based data tools or platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with scikit-learn or other Python ML libraries is a plus
