Job Title: JEE Mains Maths Faculty

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Maths lessons in preparation for the JEE Mains examination.
- Create detailed lesson plans and develop a comprehensive curriculum.
- Utilize diverse teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess student performance through regular quizzes tests and feedback.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students struggling with concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE Mains syllabus and examination patterns.
- Encourage student participation and foster a constructive learning environment.
- Collaborate with faculty members to improve instructional strategies.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities workshops and seminars.
- Develop educational resources and materials for student use.
- Maintain student records and progress reports accurately.
- Implement classroom rules to promote discipline and respect.
- Engage students in problem-solving sessions to enhance critical thinking.
- Involve in professional development and training workshops.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferably in JEE Mains preparation.
- Proficiency in advanced mathematical topics and JEE syllabus.
- Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and student engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop customized lesson plans based on student needs.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their goals.
- Proficient in using technology and educational software.
- Willingness to participate in community service initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
- Certification in educational training or tutoring is a plus.
Work Mode:
This is an on-site position located in India where you will interact directly with students and faculty members to provide high-quality education.
